After eight and a half years of working with this company I made a total of $12.10 per hour, as a full-time employee as the Night Crew Manager. Before securing this position, I worked as a part-time service desk supervisor, and before that as a part-time cashier/bagger. Throughout the duration of my employment here, instead of giving existing employees more hours, they would over-hire new employees so that they could justify having a full staff and paying as minimal hourly wages as possible. This resulted in almost every employee needing a second job just to afford their basic necessities of living. I did not really like the manager as a person. I thought he kind of rude and was not very friendly. That was one of the main reasons i did not work there very long. The people i worked with though were fun to be around. Management will not properly schedule security because they want to save money for their bonuses. You can t really schedule your personal errands because schedules come out weekly.
